Gardening Can Be Painful
Lets face it, gardening can be hard on the body. Sore, stiff muscles and aching joints. Here's an easy recipe for home made Tiger Balm. Cheaper than the drug store and no unknown ingredients!
1 oz. beeswax
1/4 cup of olive oil
Double boiler
10 drops Camphor essential oil
9 drops Peppermint essential oil
7 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
5 drops Clove essential oil
5 drops Cinnamon essential oil
Small glass jar with tight fitting lid.
Melt beeswax and olive oil in double boiler over low heat, stirring until melted and combined. Since essential oils can evaporate quickly pour beeswax/oil mixture into jar. Add all essential oils and stir until combined. Close lid tightly.
